Former Nugget lawyer Richard Davenport pleads to $3 million embezzlement

We've been reporting on the embezzlement case of Nuggest casino lawyer Richard Davenport - see posts here and here. The latest is that Davenport has pleaded guilty to embezzling more than three million dollars from the Nuggest hotel-casino company between 1992 and 2005 and faces up to 20 years in prison.
