Update on Nelson Embezzlement Case

We last reported on Jonathan Nelson's alleged embezzlement of nearly $70 million from contract driller Patterson-UTI Energy here.  Since then a receiver has been appointed by the court to operate and report on the various businesses that Nelson allegedly acquired with embezzled funds. Unfortunately, as a local news station reports, many of those businesses may have to be closed down, resulting in loss of employment for many local residents; see report here.
